Regular maintenance of equipment needs to be scheduled to - prevent down time - loss of business income - because of unexpected equipment failure and time to get new parts. 

NOTE - Getting new parts can take from a few days to several weeks depending upon inventory and manufacturing production schedules.

Regular maintenance appointments should be to check belts, bearings (lubrication) and other equipment for wear and repair. Also cleaning air cooling systems for electronics.

Dryers needed to be regularly checked for lint buildup and cleaning filters to avoid laundry fires.
